Who We Are
Judith Snyder is the principal and founder of Custom WebHelp. All clients work directly with Judith Snyder, who holds a M.S. from Syracuse University and S.U.N.Y. College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Additionally, she has a certification in Client/Server Programming from Syracuse University and has taken graduate courses in information architecture / internet technologies. Judith worked in the biological sciences (published) before going into the computer field.

Prior to launching Custom WebHelp, she held positions in the information technology and education sectors as a software engineer, website developer, computer consultant, and webmaster. At Syracuse University, she developed websites from concept to launch and wrote the original website guidelines for the university while advising on web policy. She has also provided consulting services to the Hyundai car company, RadioShack, and Zyrtec. Her technical experience includes:
